Adult Education: In the News is a monthly magazine aimed at trainers. The site contains many articles from recent editions of the magazine. Many include inputs from different universities and all are connected in some way to adult learning and WBT for workers. There are also many links to other sites, which makes it quite confusing to navigate. However, there is a wealth of information included in the articles.

http://www.gwu.edu/~tip/index.html
This site has useful information about adult learning. It has three links to Learning Theories, Concepts and Domains. The trainer can get an introduction to various adult learning theories and concepts. There is a booklist for further information. The site was last updated in 1999. Forget the videos though as they take forever to download. There are also good links to follow from How People Learn-in particular Academic Workplace Skills.

This site provides good clear information. It concentrates on adult learning, and has interesting sections on barriers to adult learning and the differences between male and female learners. Kolb's theory of learning styles is in there too. There are guidelines for trainers on how to adapt to these learning styles. Overall it is a good site that does not lose itself in too much detail and it provides some interesting material that has not been discussed in any of the previous web sites on this list.
Links: The bibliography section provides links to different authors. These are okay but not all authors have links, which is inconsistent.
