This site supplies a comprehensive overview of the 360 degree feedback system now being used by many firms. Those interested in the 360 degree approach to employee development will find this a very informative site. In particular, the links on the 360° Process, FAQs and Links to Articles provide valuable resources. Check links

SRG contains in-depth information on 360° feedback. The content is highly relevant to anyone training or studying in the field. It is a U.K. company that offers reports on client companies based on 360° feedback results. There is a questionnaire provided which allows for good interaction and edutainment value. There is no scroll on the home page and irritating animations are used which distract the reader. The home page is poorly laid out with a continuous white background, text right across the screen, too many hyperlinks and contents in block form at the foot of the page. Overall this site is very impressive on content and quite useful but it falls down badly on usability

All Points Feedback is another site selling 360° software. It also contains a download of a fully functional copy of All Points Feedback to evaluate.

Big Dog's HR Page
This is an excellent site for all those involved in HRD. Definitely one of the best. It provides overviews of trends and links to other useful sites. The section on HRD can be accessed directly from the home page. Of particular interest is the recently updated (13 Jan 2000) section on new approaches in HRD such as the 360°feedback concept. In addition, there is excellent material on Leadership and many other topics. On the Training Statistics and Benchmarking page there are some interesting statistics about training which have been extracted from various magazines.
Links: this site provides many excellent links to training resources.
