Strategy for the
Development of Trainers and Facilitators of Learning in Ireland
- The Trainers Network
published this strategy to develop the training and development profession.
This strategy emerged from research in the Trainers Network about the
current and emerging development needs of the profession. The terms
trainer and facilitator of learning are used to refer to people who
create a learning environment by facilitating and supporting learning
both at work, in vocational training and adult education.

- This video is a presentation

and learning. Aimed at trainers and managers and those interested in
maximising the link between work structures and learning.
Trainer Competency
Profile - a report
- This report describes basic
competence for trainers as identified through research and discussions
with the membership of the Trainers Network. This competency profile
will be of particular interest to organisations involved in the training
of trainers.
